B2B Commercial Terms of Service

General Terms & Conditions for Industrial Manufacturing, Export & Custom Molding (OEM)

1. Scope and Acceptance

These B2B Terms of Service govern all manufacturing quotes, custom mold design, sample requests, and wholesale production contracts conducted through Shaker Fabrikası. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, corporate clients accept these terms unconditionally.

2. Production, MOQs and Quality Tolerances

All products are manufactured from certified BPA-free polypropylene and food-grade raw materials in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and production lead times are explicitly defined in individual proforma invoices.

3. Intellectual Property and Custom Molds (OEM)

Proprietary molds developed under private contract for corporate clients remain the exclusive property of the designated entity, protected under formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All commercial transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and applicable Incoterms 2020 rules for international delivery. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
