1. Data Controller Identity

In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Shaker Fabrikası Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Company"), in its capacity as the Data Controller, processes personal data of our business partners, corporate representatives, and platform visitors within the framework described below.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data is processed strictly for the following purposes:

• Execution of B2B production, custom manufacturing (OEM), and wholesale quote processes,
• Customs dispatch, international transport, and logistics tracking for sample requests,
• Fulfillment of legal, tax, and commercial obligations pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code,
• System security, authentication, and technical infrastructure monitoring on our digital portals.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred to accredited international carrier partners (FedEx, DHL, Yılport logistics hubs), regulatory authorities, and financial institutions solely for executing operational and legal commitments, maintaining end-to-end security compliance.

4. Rights of Data Subjects under Article 11

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you are entitled to inquire whether your personal data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and object to adverse results produced exclusively through automated processing.
